How to cook
Wash and peel the cucumber. Cut it into thin slices, you can use a potato peeler. Arrange on a plate.
Cut the parmesan into thin flakes. Sprinkle on top. If serving immediately, add salt. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with vinegar and serve.
If you decide to make it earlier, do not put the spices, but put them in the refrigerator. Remove them from the refrigerator and season.
