Roast, peel and salt the peppers. In a greased oven dish, arrange a layer of peppers, a layer of crumbled feta cheese and sprinkle it with the crushed broth cube and olive oil.

Beat the eggs, flour and milk to make a sauce. Pour it on top, sprinkle with black pepper and parsley and bake.
