How to cook
The phyllo pastry is rolled up, then the roll is cut into smaller rolls. In a greased dish, arrange these rolls. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, add the crumbled feta cheese, finely chopped chili pepper and mix everything well.
The filling is distributed over the rolls and finally, pour the hot melted butter over them. Place them in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for 15 minutes to bake on the top element.
