The flour, salt, 1 egg, a little oil and water are kneaded into a smooth dough. Divide the dough into 10 pieces and roll them out into thin sheets.
The sheets are arranged in a greased tray and between them, sprinkle butter and then bake. Boil the milk with the rice flour, mixed with cold water into a porridge.
Once the milk cools, add the eggs and beat them with a whisk. Add sugar to taste and vanilla. Pour this over the baked pastry and put it to bake until finished.
