Ingredients

  • sheep cheese - 1 oz (30 g)
  • yogurt - 7 oz (200 g)
  • white pepper
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • mint - 2 sprigs
  • basil - 2 sprigs
  • parsley - 2 sprigs
  • anise leaves - 1 handful
  • chervil - 1 handful
  • arugula - 1 handful
  • sorrel - 1 handful
  • salt

How to cook

Mash the cheese in a bowl with a fork. Add olive oil, yogurt and lemon juice, stir.

Wash the spices and dry them, remove their stalks and finely chop their leaves. Add to the dressing, season with salt and pepper.

The sauce is suitable for vegetable salads, for white or red meat, as well as for salads with leafy vegetables.
