How to make
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut them with the help of a slicer. If you do not have one, you can use a cabbage grater or a wide potato peeler.
Pour more oil into the pan or use a deep fryer. Heat and add the chips, but not too many, so that they're covered in the fat.
Fry them until they crisp up. Peel the garlic and crush or mash it, add a little oil and just enough water for it to simmer, not fry.
When you remove it from the heat, sprinkle chips with dill, garlic oil and optionally season them with the spice and a little salt.
