How to cook
Cut the chicken into pieces and fry it in hot oil until it turns white. Add the finely chopped leeks and sliced carrots.
Sprinkle it with salt, pepper, oregano. Stir it and let it stew. Peel the tomatoes from their skin and finely chop them.
Add them to the pan, stir and leave it until the liquid evaporates and remains in its fat.
Serve the fried chicken with fresh parsley. Enjoy your meal!
