How to cook
From the night before, tenderize the steaks and sprinkle them on both sides with soy sauce and the universal spice.
Do not go overboard the spice, because it contains salt and soy sauce as well. Cover the dish and leave it in the refrigerator.
The next day, take out the steaks, place them in a pan on the stove and fry them until they are semi-cooked. Take them out and put them in a glass fireproof pot.
Put the chopped leeks in the fat that is left over from the steaks and stew it as well.
When it is ready, pour it over the steaks and place the mushrooms on top. Bake them in the oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for about 35 minutes.
