How to cook
The bread is cut or broken into small pieces and left to soak in slightly warmed milk. The onion is cut into very small pieces and stewed in a pan.
In a suitable bowl, mix the two types of minced meat, the strained from the milk bread crumbs, salt, oregano and black pepper. Beat the eggs separately with the grated lemon peel, nutmeg and mustard. Beat until a creamy forms.
The beaten eggs are then mixed with the minced meat. Small flattened meatballs are formed. Fry them in hot fat until they turn golden brown. You can also fry them in very little fat in a ceramic pan, like I did.
