Break up the lettuce into relatively large pieces. Peel the cucumber and cut it into large quarters. Cut the green onion into large pieces also and add them to the cucumber and lettuce. Remove the pits from the olives. Cut the blue cheese into cubes and add the hard-boiled eggs, after cutting them into small quarters as well.

Add the gouda cheese, cut into small cubes. Season the cut up products to taste with salt and lemon, then pour on olive oil, but do not mix. Fry the shrimp, then remove them from the pan put them on paper towels to drain the grease.
