Ingredients

  • salmon - 7 oz (200 g)
  • trout - 1 pc (200 - 300 g)
  • carp - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • potatoes - 2 - 3 pcs.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • onions - 1 onion
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • red pepper - 1 pc.
  • parsley
  • lemon
  • lovage
  • thyme
  • salt
  • butter
  • black pepper

How to cook

Boil the fish in slightly salted water. Remove them from the broth and clean them well from the bones.

Add the diced potatoes, onions, carrots, peppers and garlic cloves in the broth.

Add the spices and the deboned fish. Pour the fat, oil or butter.

If desired, add more water to the fish soup.

The soup with three types of fish is ready.
