How to cook
The fish are cleaned from the heads, tails and entrails. Wash them very well and salt them well.
The salted fish are kept in the refrigerator for 24 hours, then washed again and placed in a suitable glass container or jar.
The marinade is made by boiling the water and adding salt, bay leaf, black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, vinegar and sugar.
It is boiled for about 5 minutes on low heat. Pour the cooled marinade over the fish.
The fish is ready after 2 weeks and it is good for up to half a year.
