  • bread - 2 slices
  • milk - 1 cup
  • lard - 1/2 cup or ground bacon

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • flour - 2 cups
  • parsley - 1/2 cup
  • tomato puree - 1 tbsp.
  • black pepper (ground) - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - 1 tbsp.

How to cook

The fish is minced.

Add the finely chopped onions and parsley, the pre-soaked in milk bread, eggs, lard and other spices to the fish.
