How to cook
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package and then strain it.
Prepare the sauce by finely chopping the onion, garlic, mushrooms and bacon. Heat the olive oil and fry the onion and garlic in it until they turn golen brown.
Add the mushrooms and bacon and fry them for about 5 minutes. Pour the chopped tomatoes and fry until they're fully cooked. Season as you like.
Serve the finished tagliatelle, drizzled with the sauce.
