How to cook
The products for the marinade are mixed and the garlic is pressed beforehand. The fillet is pounded and left in the marinade for 2-3 hours.
Finely chop the parsley and basil, add the dry spices and melted butter and stir.
The chicken fillets are arranged tightly next to each other. Spread with green paste and roll them up into a roll. It is tied with household thread.
Place the meat in a greased baking pan and bake it in a preheated 392°F (200 degree) oven until golden brown.
It is served sliced with a garnish of boiled rice with corn and red beans.
