Ingredients

  • pork steaks - 4 of 7 oz (200 g) each
  • honey - 3 tablespoons
  • mustard - 2 - 3 tablespoons
  • wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • soya sauce - 3 - 4 tablespoons
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • cumin
  • bay leaf

How to cook

Rub the meat with a little salt and pepper. Put it in a tray. Beat together the honey, mustard, soya sauce, wine with spices to taste and pour this marinade over the steaks.

Roll the meat well, in order to marinate it on all sides. Add a couple of bay leaves and cover the pot. Allow to stand for 2 hours in a cool area.

Then put it to bake in moderately heated oven, initially covered with foil.
