How to cook
Wash, dry and cut the pears in half, remove the seeds and arrange them in the baking tray.
Put a spoonful of honey in the hole of each pear, where the seeds were. Pour a little water on the bottom of the baking pan and bake them in a preheated 390°F (200 degree) oven.
Take them out when they brown nicely and drizzle them with the resulting sauce. A great dessert for people who are fasting.
