How to cook
Boil the eggs and cut them into cubes. The cauliflower is washed and cut into small pieces and then mixed with the eggs. Season it with salt and add the chopped parsley and onion, that has been cut into thin slices.
The salad is seasoned with a little olive oil and lemon juice. Put into round salad bowls, top it with olives and arrange slices of tomatoes around it, season with salt, olive oil and some chopped garlic.
