How to cook
Dissolve the yeast in a little warm water and a pinch of sugar. Beat the eggs well with the sugar and add the yeast, then add the other ingredients. Knead the dough and leave it to rise in a warm place.
Then roll it out into a medium thick sheet and brush it thoroughly with melted butter. Wrap it well in a roll and cut it into equal pieces. Arrange them in a greased tray and let them rise again.
