How to cook
Cut the chicken into medium pieces and fry in hot oil. Remove it and in the same oil, if necessary, add a little more oil, fry the chopped onions and leeks, sliced carrots and mushrooms in that order.
Season with spices and mix it with the tomatoes. Distribute the vegetables in 2 clay pots, followed by the meat and mix.
Optionally, add 1 chili pepper per pot. Put the lids on and bake your kavarma for about 40 minutes.
