How to cook
The mushrooms are washed, cleaned, their stumps are carefully removed so that they do not break. Arrange them in a greased pan and place a piece of butter in each.
Bake until the butter melts and the mushrooms are lightly browned.
During this time, crumble the white cheese and add the chopped garlic and spices.
Take out the mushrooms from the oven, but there is no need to turn it off yet.
Fill the mushrooms with the mixture and sprinkle them with grated yellow cheese on top. Bake until they're fully ready.
