How to cook
Clean the zucchini and cut them into suitable pieces. Season them with salt and allow to drain.
Drain the zucchini from the juice, sprinkle them with dry oregano and roll them in the breadcrumbs. Arrange them in a tray lined with baking paper.
Drizzle them with olive oil and bake them in a preheated oven until they aquire a golden color.
Sprinkle the baked zucchini with crushed garlic, fresh parsley and season them with lime juice.
