How to cook
Cut the chicken breast into chunks and fry it in hot oil for 3-4 minutes.
Add the finely chopped onions and carrots, pour 1/2 cup of water and simmer until they soften.
Add the sliced mushrooms, zucchini and stew for a few more minutes. Finally, add the chopped broccoli and sour cream.
The products are mixed and transferred into a tray. Sprinkle them with grated yellow cheese on top and bake the dish in a preheated 392°F (200 degrees) oven until it aquires a golden brown color.
