Wash the spinach, remove all of the stems and soak it for an hour in cold water. Chop the onion and garlic finely and fry them in olive oil. Then add the drained and sliced spinach and cook for about 5 minutes.
In a separate container, mix the eggs and cottage cheese, add the spinach and flavor it with spices. Place the mixture into a lightly greased baking tray and put it to bake for about 20-25 minutes.
Then remove, grate plenty of cheese over it and bake until the cheese is lightly tanned.
