How to cook
Cut the chicken into coarse pieces and sprinkle them with a little salt and pepper. Heat oil and fry the meat evenly. Remove the meat, pour in a little more oil and add the chopped onion, mushrooms, carrots, cabbage, and the peppers, let them sauté until soft while stirring regularly.
Then sprinkle them with 1 tablespoon of paprika, mix them well and put the chicken back in. Pour in 2/5 cup (100 ml) of water and add the finely chopped and peeled tomatoes. Allow everything to simmer until you get a smooth sauce, and if necessary, pour in more water.
Finally, season to taste with a little salt and pepper. Once the sauce reduces slightly, if desired, thicken with a little diluted starch or flour.
