Ingredients

  • spaghetti - 14 oz (400 g)
  • olive oil - 1 cup
  • processed cheese - 14 oz (400 g)
  • tomatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • basil - 1 bunch
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to cook

Wash and peel the tomatoes, cut them very finely and place them in a pot. Add the olive oil, salt, black pepper and basil, stir well and let the sauce sit for 2 hours.

Then cut the processed cheese into cubes and add it to the tomatoes. Boil the spaghetti in salted water, drain it well and add it to the container with the sauce. Stir quickly and serve.
