How to cook
Cut the meat thinly. Immerse it in hot oil and arrange it. Place the boiled mushrooms on top, with a piece of bacon on top of them.
Pour a little water over the thus arranged fillets and roast in the oven. Once they turn pink in the oil, add the starch, diluted with wine and a little water.
Once the sauce comes to a boil, blend it and serve it separately.
