Halve the washed zucchini and then carve them out. Chop the insides, fry them with a few cloves of chopped garlic. Stir the fried mix with the cottage cheese, eggs, mayonnaise / sour cream, chopped dill and the spices.
With this mixture, fill the well hollowed-out zucchini. Arrange them in greased tray and add a trickle of olive oil.
Put the zucchini with cottage cheese to bake up to a nice tan in a moderate oven.
