Add the breadcrumbs and stir rapidly until thickened. Add the pre-washed rice, raisins, cinnamon and sugar. Fill the carp with this stuffing and sew it up with thread, which you've dipped in hot water. Put the stuffed French carp in a buttered tray.
At the bottom of the tray, sprinkle some onions, salt and parsley before you put the fish in. Arrange tomato slices on top and put it to bake in a heated oven until ready.
Serve the stuffed carp with chopped parsley and lemon slices.
