In a bowl, put 1 full cup of flour and with a wooden spoon gradually add 6 eggs. Then add 1 full cup of yoghurt, in which you have extinguished 1 tsp of baking soda. Instead of baking soda, you can add baking powder. Thus prepared dough is ready.
From it, scoop 1 tablespoon at a time, which you've pre-greased, so the dough does not stick to it. Pour the tablespoon of dough in preheated oil and fry.
Allow the finished fritters to cool, and then pour a lukewarm syrup, prepared from 1 1/2 cups sugar dissolved in the same amount of water, over them.
