Ingredients

  • venison fillet - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • butter - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • cayenne pepper
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to cook

Cut the meat is cut into cubes of approximately 1/2″ (1 cm) x 1/2″ (1 cm). Salt them and add spices as desired.

Heat the butter in a pan and fry them for about 1 min. Keep stirring vigorously, in order for them to catch a crust, while cooking on high heat.
