Cut the panettones into slices with a thickness of 1 1/4″ (3 cm). In a cake form, caramelize 2-3 tablespoons sugar.
Arrange a layer of panettone, place fruits from a jam on top - apricots, quinces, strawberries. Arrange a second layer of panettone and on top: the chopped into pieces Turkish delight and chopped walnuts; you must finish off with panettone slices.
Pour on a mixture of eggs, sugar, vanilla and milk. Bake in a water bath in a moderate oven at 356°F (180 °C). Once cool, carefully invert it onto a cake plate and sprinkle it with chocolate sprinkles.
