How to cook
Cut the cleaned tomatoes into pieces and put them into a bowl. Halve the avocado, remove the pit and scrape out the insides.
Cut it and the pepper into small pieces, mix them carefully with the tomatoes. For the dressing, blend the garlic and mix it with the lemon juice, olive oil, a pinch of sugar, salt and parsley as you desire.
Pour the dressing over the salad, mix well and serve.
