How to cook
The rice is washed and boiled in salted water. Once ready, strain and wash it with cold water. Put olive oil in a saucepan to heat up.
When the olive oil has heated up, add the coarsely chopped onions. When the onion fries a little, add the chopped carrots and peppers. The peas and corn are also added.
Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the rice and fry for another 2-3 minutes. After removing it from the heat, sprinkle the rice with black pepper, finely chopped parsley and black olives.
