How to cook
Clean the heads of garlic until you just have peeled garlic cloves left. Put the cloves in a jar and fill it halfway. Pour oil on top and store the jar closed in the refrigerator.
Advantages: You always have peeled garlic at hand in whatever quantities you need. You can use garlic oil whenever an oil and garlic dressing is needed.
When the oil in the jar runs out, you can refill it and use it again. There are no disadvantages.
