Ingredients

  • zucchini - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • mince - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • onions - 1 large head
  • garlic - 3 large cloves
  • dill - 1/2 bunch
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • white oregano - to taste
  • salt
  • for the topping
  • eggs - 3
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • flour - 1 full tablespoon
  • baking soda - 1 - 2 pinches

Preparation

Clean the zucchini and cut them into small cubes. Heat a little oil and fry the crushed onion, minced meat, while continuously stirring to break them apart. Finally, season with a little salt, black pepper to taste and mix in the paprika.

Immediately add 2/5 cup (100 ml) of water and stir it, while adding the zucchini with the coarsely crushed garlic. Finally mix with the diced dill. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and put it to bake for 30 minutes in a moderately heated oven.

Finally, pour the beaten eggs with yoghurt, flour and a pinch of baking soda over the blend. Serve the zucchini with minced meat with yoghurt.
