Ingredients

  • bread - 1 thick slice
  • olive oil - 6 tbsp.
  • vinegar - 4 tbsp.
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper - by taste
  • paprika - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - by taste
  • canned tomatoes - 3 cups (600 g)
  • red onions - 1 onion
  • garlic - 4 pcs.
  • cucumbers - 1 pc.
  • red hot peppers - 1 pc.
  • mint - by taste
  • ice cold water - 1 and 1/2 cups
  • ice - 12 cubes (optional)
  • bread - 1 slice
  • croutons - for decoration

How to cook

On one of the slices, the crust is removed and it is crumbled into a food processor. Mix the olive oil with the vinegar, add the paprika and mix well.

Add the tomatoes with their juice and mix well. Cut the pepper into quarters and blend them along with the onion, garlic and add that to the bread mixture.

The cucumber and peppers are cut in bulk and added to the soup. Add the mint, salt and black pepper. Add the ice-cold water and mix well. Add ice, if desired and sprinkle with croutons.
