Ingredients

  • milk - 1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml)
  • egg yolks - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cocoa - 1 tbsp.
  • flour - 1 tsp.

How to cook

Beat egg yolks along with the sugar.

Add the flour and cocoa and stir. Add hot milk.

Put it on low heat until it thickens.

Once it thickens, remove it from the heat and strain it through a sieve.
