How to cook
Boil your peas and carrots for about 15 minutes in boiling water.
Fry the minced meat well until it crumbles and add the vegetables.
Fry for another 10 minutes, add the white wine and tomato sauce. Let it boil until the wine evaporates and add the spices.
Make your mashed potatoes and in a suitable bowl alternate the mash and the mixture until you run out. Finish off with mashed potatoes and grate yellow cheese on top.
Bake for about 20 minutes at 392°F (200 degrees).
