Ingredients

  • chickpeas - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • onions - 2 onions
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • flour - 1 cup
  • oil - 1 cup
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp.
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • salt - by taste

How to cook

The chickpeas are washed and soaked 12-16 hours in advance.

The swollen chickpeas are rubbed between the palms of your hands to remove their outer layer and they are placed in salted water to boil.

The cooked chickpeas are rubbed through a colander and the finely chopped onions, parsley, eggs, flour, black pepper and salt are added to it. Knead the mixture and form patties out of it.

The chickpea patties are fried in hot fat.
