How to cook
Blend the chickpeas with the bread, egg, onion, garlic and spices. Add the baking powder to the mixture and blend again.
From the resulting mixture, form small falafels, which are then fried in hot oil until they aquire a golden color.
Place the fried falafels on kitchen paper, so it can absorb the fat.
Mix all of the products for the sauce and serve with the falafels.
