Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • onions - 2 onions
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • black pepper
  • tomato puree - 2 tbsp.
  • salt
  • parsley leaves

How to cook

The mushrooms are cleaned and their stumps are cut off. Stew them in oil. Grate the onion and add it to them.

Once it fries a little, add salt and season with black pepper by taste and diluted tomato puree.

Each portion is garnished with parsley leaves.
