How to cook
First, boil the marinade. During this time, the carrots are cleaned and cut into cubes. The pickles are also cut into cubes.
Once the marinade has boiled, add the carrots and pickles and boil them for 30 minutes. Then add the chopped peppers and boil for another 15 minutes.
Remove them from heat and add the remaining products - beans, peas, tomato puree, bay leaf, black pepper. Pour into jars and sterilize for 30 minutes.
