How to cook
The onions and carrots are cleaned and cut into small pieces. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut them into cubes.
Quickly fry the onions, carrots and potatoes in hot oil. Add 1/2-1 cups of water, bring to a boil and then let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
During this time, the quinoa is washed. Add to the potatoes and pour more water - about 1 cup of hot water. Add the cube of broth with the remaining spices and leave it to boil again under a lid.
Once this is done, reduce the heat and simmer until the quinoa is fully cooked, which takes 15-20 minutes.
Shortly before the stew is ready, you can add tomato puree - about 1/2 cup.
The quinoa with potatoes is ready.
