How to cook
Beat the egg in a plate.
Cut the yellow cheese into pieces.
Roll the pieces in the corn flour and then in the egg.
Crush the cornflakes into small pieces. Roll the cheese in the cornflakes on both sides.
Heat the fat in a pan and fry the cheese on both sides until it forms a nice golden crust.
Remove the breaded yellow cheese and place it onto kitchen paper.
Serve in a suitable plate with blueberry jam.
