How to cook
Pour the walnuts into an envelope and press them down with a jar, in order grind them very finely.
To the melted in a water bath coconut oil add the other ingredients for the sweets - cocoa, carob powder, dates (crushed and pitted, optionally peeled), dandelion honey (radish), brown cane sugar (Muscovado) and the walnuts that you grinded.
From the resulting mixture form balls and roll them in the coconut shavings. Serve the coconut sweets chilled.
