How to make
Add the softened butter to the sifted flour and mix until crumbs form. Add the chopped parsley, dill and tomato puree to the dough. Black pepper and both types of paprika are added to the dough.
Add the water, knead the dough and leave it for half an hour in the refrigerator. The oven is heated to 356°F (180 degrees). The dough is rolled out into about 0.08″ (2 millimeters) thick crust.
Poke through it with a fork, in many places and cut it into small squares. In a greased baking tray, arrange the squares, spread them with the egg, sprinkle them with salt and bake for about 15 minutes until they aquire a golden color.
