How to cook
Beat the strained yoghurt with the sugar (best to use powdered sugar), juice and rind of 1 lemon. Begin to arrange a layer of biscotti, some of the yoghurt on top, then sliced strawberries and another layer of biscotti.
Arrange until completely done and finish off with yoghurt. Decorate the cake with strawberries and place it in a refrigerator for several hours before serving.
