Ingredients

  • fish - 6.5 oz (180 g)
  • tomatoes - 2 oz (60 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 1 1/3 tsp (7 g)
  • paprika - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • sugar - 2/5 tsp (2 g)
  • flour - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • salt

Preparation

The cut fish is salted and arranged in a tray. Each piece is smeared with a glaze of oil, mixed in flour and paprika.

Sprinkle it with parsley. Add tomato slices and sprinkle with parsley, breadcrumbs, paprika, sugar and salt. Bake in the oven until they remain mostly in oil.

Serve cold.
