Ingredients

  • apples - 6 pcs.
  • honey - 6 tbsp.
  • oatmeal - 2.3 oz (65 g)
  • einkorn flour - 2.3 oz (65 g)
  • cinnamon - for sprinkling
  • coconut oil - 1 tsp.

How to cook

Peel the apples, remove their core and cut them into strips.

Grease the baking dish with coconut oil and arrange the apples in it. Sprinkle them with cinnamon and 3 tbsp. honey. Mix them well and put them in the oven at 392°F (200 degrees) until they soften and form a light crisp.

Meanwhile, add the oatmeal and einkorn flour, coconut oil and the rest of the honey in a bowl and mix the ingredients well.

The result is a mixture of crumbly balls.

Once the apples are ready, spread the crumbly mixture on them and bake it again until it aquires a golden color.
